Clean rooms pet friendly would prefer more protein at breakfast but... the service and friendly staff are the tops! Thank you Tina for helping us and going above and beyond for customer service. Your personal interest in our problems was so appreciated! We'll be back.
This is a nice place, nothing fancy but the room we got was large compared to others we've been in. It's nice and clean, well kept. They have breakfast but it's mostly pastries and baked goods, hot and cold cereals. The location is so pretty, it's like you turn a curve and there it is out of nowhere but very pretty and has a stream behind it. Very quiet area.
Clean room, Comfortable beds, friendly service a like continental breakfast was very good. I really like the sitting area had a chair with ottoman made a very comfortable to rest.
Hotel is good for visits for FCI Gilmore since its close by. I love Paige and her hospitality. The rooms are ok beds need to be upgraded. Towels and service is great. Its good for its location.
Great room, great price! Super nice staff. Can tell it’s a little older from inside the building, but they seem to be working hard on updating or keeping recent updates looking good. No odors, which is always a complaint for me in a hotel. Would definitely stay here again!
The experience is rural living. A small hotel with all of the basics you need. A picnic table outback made for a nice outdoor stop. A restaurant next door with a bar was a nice nearby amenity. Close enough to the inner city for quick travel.
Had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The front desk name gentleman Terry was so professional and very helpful. I would stay here again if this gentleman ran the show there he was amazing. I travel offen and he was very attentive to our needs and made sure we had towels and when I was sick he came to the rescue and checked on us the next day! Sad I was sick but knowing that you have a staff that will assist when needed is a huge factor! I use to stay in Weston at a 5 star hotel since the snow was coming I decided it was better to stay closer to the college! The best choice I have ever made and they will see us again due to that gentleman Terry the best customer service I have ever seen in my life time! Thank you for making us feel like family!!!
I was here for 3 months on a travel assignment. The room was very nice. Didn't like that the fridge had no freezer, and I definitely didn't like that my room had no dresser or anywhere to put my clothes. But staff were very nice/accommodating, price was reasonable. This is a very rural area, I'm glad this place is here, vs having to go at least 45-50 minutes away.
